Bill's Meatloaf & Gravy Duet
A household favorite (of the meat eaters) from the Brick clan.
2 lb. ground beef (or chuck) 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs 1/2 c. breadcrumbs 1/2 c. milk	Heat oven to 350. Mix beef, onion soup, eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Form into a loaf on 18"x22" heavy duty foil. Pour cream of mushroom soup (diluted with 1/2 c. milk) over loaf. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350 oven. Serve over mashed potatoes.
